Welcome to K Design Hub. By accessing and using kdesignhub.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our website.

Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or above and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the applicable laws of India. If you are placing an order on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

Products & Customization

All products offered by K Design Hub are custom-made and personalized based on customer-provided details. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all customization information — including photos, names, dates, and design preferences — submitted at the time of order is accurate and complete.

Once an order is confirmed and production has begun, customization details cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review all details carefully before completing your purchase.

Image Quality

K Design Hub accepts mid-quality and low-quality photos for customization. However, additional charges may apply depending on the level of editing required to enhance image quality. For very low quality images, we strongly recommend contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 93632 44775 before placing your order so we can advise you accordingly.

Pricing & Packages

All prices listed on kdesignhub.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

K Design Hub currently offers two packages — Normal and Premium. The Premium Package includes more detailed customization and alterations. Bulk orders are eligible for special pricing — please contact us for a quote.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. K Design Hub does not store or have access to your payment information such as card numbers, UPI IDs, or banking credentials.

Orders

Placing an order on kdesignhub.com constitutes an offer to purchase. K Design Hub reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion — including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. In the event an order is declined after payment, a full refund will be initiated within 5 to 7 business days.

Delivery

All orders are custom-produced and delivered within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. K Design Hub currently ships across Tamil Nadu only via ST Courier. Free shipping is available on all orders within Tamil Nadu. Once dispatched, you will be notified via WhatsApp.

Damaged Products

If your frame arrives damaged due to transit, please:

• Take a clear photo or video of the damaged product immediately upon delivery
• Report the damage to us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or Email

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Damage claims reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement. K Design Hub is not responsible for delays or damage caused by the courier partner once the shipment has been dispatched.

Cancellation & Refunds

Since all products are custom-made, cancellations are generally not accepted once production has begun. For complete details regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or concern regarding your order, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or third-party complaint. Intellectual Property

All content on kdesignhub.com — including images, designs, text, graphics, and logos — is the intellectual property of K Design Hub and is protected under applicable Indian laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission from K Design Hub.

Limitation of Liability

K Design Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, any delay in delivery, or the purchase and use of our products. Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in dispute.

Changes to Terms

K Design Hub reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
