Cancellations & Refunds

At K Design Hub, we take pride in creating custom-made frames tailored exclusively for each customer. Since every order is uniquely personalized, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom Orders — No Refund Policy

All products at K Design Hub are custom-made and personalized exclusively for you based on the details and photos you provide. Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns once an order has been confirmed and production has begun.

We strongly encourage you to review all order details — including photos, names, dates, and design preferences — carefully before completing your purchase.

Design Approval

Before final production, K Design Hub shares a design preview for your approval via WhatsApp. Once you approve the design, no further changes can be made and production will begin immediately. Please review the design carefully before giving your approval.

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for dissatisfaction with the design after your approval has been given.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted before production has begun — i.e., before the design preview has been shared with you. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 93632 44775 or Email at kdesignhub24@gmail.com.

Once production has started or the design preview has been shared, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.

For urgent orders, production begins immediately upon confirmation. Therefore, cancellations may not be possible for urgent orders. Please contact us before placing an urgent order to understand the applicable terms.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for custom-made and personalized orders once production has begun.

However, a full refund will be processed in the following situations:

• The order is successfully cancelled before production begins
• K Design Hub is unable to fulfill your order for any reason on our end

Approved refunds will be processed through Razorpay and credited back to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet) within 5 to 7 business days from the date of refund approval. The exact credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged Products

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your frame arrives damaged due to transit, please follow these steps:

• Take a clear photo or video of the damaged product at the time of delivery — before opening the packaging if possible
• Report the damage to us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 93632 44775 or Email at kdesignhub24@gmail.com

Upon verification of the damage, we will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost to you. Damage claims reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement.

Please note that replacements are only provided for transit damage and not for dissatisfaction with the design after your approval has been given.

Non-Delivery

If K Design Hub is unable to deliver your order within the committed timeframe due to reasons on our end, you will be notified promptly via WhatsApp or Email. In such cases, you will be offered either:

• A revised delivery date, or
• A full refund processed through Razorpay to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days

K Design Hub is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier partner (ST Courier) once the order has been dispatched from our end.

Changes to This Policy

K Design Hub reserves the right to modify this Cancellations & Refunds Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
