At K Design Hub, we take great care in packaging and delivering your frames safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing & Delivery Time

All our frames are custom-made with care. Your order will be produced and delivered within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

For urgent orders, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 93632 44775 before placing your order so we can confirm availability.

Shipping Coverage

K Design Hub currently delivers across Tamil Nadu only. We are a growing small business and aim to expand to other states very soon.

If you are located outside Tamil Nadu and wish to place an order, please contact us directly on WhatsApp — we will try our best to assist you.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders within Tamil Nadu. No minimum order value required.

Shipping Partner

All orders are shipped via ST Courier. We hand-pack every order carefully before handing it over to our courier partner to ensure your frame reaches you safely.

Order Updates

We do not have an automated tracking system at this time. Once your order is dispatched, we will notify you via WhatsApp with your dispatch confirmation. For any order status updates, feel free to reach out to us directly on WhatsApp — we are happy to help.

Packaging

Every frame is carefully bubble-wrapped and packed in a sturdy corrugated box to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please:

• Take a photo or video of the damaged product at the time of delivery
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or Email
• We will review and arrange a replacement or resolution at the earliest

K Design Hub is not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner once the order has been dispatched from our end.
